AI & Computer Vision Based AM Process Monitoring
Fully integrated AI-based process monitoring solution, accurately predicting a critical process parameter from thermal camera and webcam input.
Developed for an Additive Manufacturing (AM) process, with the task of predicting printed part warpage. The system runs on a single-chip computer, acquiring and processing data from two sensors, performing complex image processing before feeding it into an AI model, gathering predictions, and rendering results in a custom-built GUI served via a local server app.
